This agreement sets out how you earn through li.link. It sits alongside the Terms of Service. Numbers marked as "current" are shown live in your dashboard and may be updated with 14 days’ notice; they never change retroactively for sales already confirmed.
When a visitor taps one of your product buttons and buys, the store or its affiliate network may pay a commission. Commissions are set by each store and network, vary by product category, and are outside our control. A tap that does not lead to a tracked purchase earns nothing.
Links using your own affiliate ID (for example your own Amazon Associates tag) are paid to you directly by that programme; li.link takes no share of those and does not report or pay them.
For sales attributed through li.link’s network accounts, you receive the creator share shown in your dashboard (currently 75% of the commission the network actually pays us) and li.link keeps the remainder. A different share may be agreed individually in writing.
We import network reports regularly; timing depends on each network (often 30–60 days after the order). We show you every reported sale, including cancelled ones.
A confirmed sale becomes payable after the holding period shown in your dashboard (currently 30 days from confirmation), which protects against late reversals. Payouts run monthly for all payable balances above the minimum payout (currently AED 100); smaller balances roll over. We pay by bank transfer to the details you provide, in the currency you select at the rate shown at the time of the run. Bank charges outside li.link are borne by you.
If a sale is cancelled after we have paid you for it, the creator share of that sale is deducted from your next payout. Reversals smaller than the absorb threshold shown in your dashboard (currently AED 10) are absorbed by li.link. If deductions exceed a payout, the remainder carries forward; we never ask you to send money back.
Commissions from self-purchases, incentivised or bought traffic, automated taps, misleading claims, or any breach of a store’s or network’s rules are invalid. We may withhold or reverse them and, for deliberate abuse, close the account. Where a network penalises li.link because of your traffic, we may deduct the penalty from your balance.
You are responsible for any tax on your earnings and for holding any advertising licence or permit your country requires (for example the UAE advertiser permit or Saudi Mawthooq). We may ask for your permit number and may pause payouts where a required licence is missing. Where law requires us to withhold tax or issue statements, we will do so.
Your public page carries an affiliate disclosure. You must not remove or obscure it, and you should follow platform rules on disclosing paid or affiliate content in your posts.
Either of us may end this agreement at any time. Confirmed, payable commissions earned before the end date are paid in the next run, less any reversals, unless the account was closed for fraud.
