These Terms govern your use of li.link (the "Service"), operated by [Legal entity name] ("li.link", "we", "us"). By creating a page or using the Service you agree to them. If you use li.link to earn commissions, the Creator Agreement also applies.
li.link lets you create a public page with links to products you recommend. When a visitor taps a link, we send them to the store that serves their country and, where a store or affiliate network supports it, attach tracking so that sales can be attributed to you.
We are not the seller. Orders, deliveries, returns and payments are between the visitor and the store. We do not guarantee that any store will pay a commission for any given order.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been compromised.
Page addresses (li.link/yourname) are allocated on a first-come basis. We may reclaim an address that impersonates a person or brand, infringes a trademark, is misleading, or has been inactive for more than twelve months.
You agree not to use the Service to link to or promote: counterfeit or illegal goods; content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful to minors; gambling or financial products that are unlicensed in the visitor’s country; malware, phishing or any deceptive scheme; or anything that violates the rules of the stores and networks we work with.
You may not generate artificial taps or orders, use bots, buy traffic for the purpose of earning commissions, self-purchase to earn commissions, or otherwise manipulate attribution. Doing so voids commissions and may lead to permanent closure of your account.
You are responsible for complying with advertising and disclosure rules in your country, including the UAE Media Council advertiser permit and Saudi Arabia’s Mawthooq licence where they apply to you.
You keep ownership of the text and images you add to your page. You give li.link a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, cache, resize and transmit that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You confirm you have the right to use every image and name you upload.
Product titles and images fetched from stores remain the property of their owners and are displayed for the purpose of identifying the product you recommend.
Commissions, holding periods, reversals and payouts are described in the Creator Agreement. In short: we pass on a share of the commissions the stores and networks actually pay us, after returns and cancellations, on a monthly schedule.
We aim to keep li.link available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may change these Terms; material changes will be announced on your dashboard or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
You may close your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates legal risk, or is used for fraud. Confirmed, payable commissions earned before a closure for reasons other than fraud will still be paid in the next payout run.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, li.link is not liable for lost profits, lost commissions caused by store or network decisions, indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of third-party sites we link to. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the commissions we paid you in the three months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence.
